A consumer from the UK orders on the Internet from a Bulgarian trader perfumes to the amount of 792,96 euro. When he received them he was surprised that the products were fake and different from the ordered ones. The consumer wrote to the trader buy received no assistance. Then he sent a complaint to ECC. The Centre in Bulgaria managed to reach a solution and the trader paid back the consumer.
