  • How to submit a comlaint?

    If you want to lodge a complaint with the European Consumer Centre Bulgaria you can download the online complaint form here. Please note that it is important that you first tried to contact the trader directly by sending a complaint with attached evidences and give him some time to answer. If you are not happy with the answer please contact us.

  • Complaint to the European Consumer Centre

    We recommend you to use the electronic form by clicking on "Submit a complaint" thus we shall have all needed information and we can proceed with the complaint quickly. The form is user friendly: - to downlaod and fill it in you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.1.2, or newer version. If you do not have them you can download and install it for free from the Adobe web page.

  • Choosing the language

    You can choose the language from the drop down menu. You would make it easier for us to fill the complaint in English (but keep in mind that you can always choose Bulgarian and fill in the complaint).

  • Submit

    Please enter as much accurate information as you can and attach all relevant documents. Please when filling in dates: do not type the date but use the calendar provided in the form. When you check that there are no mistakes during filling the information, you can send the complaint to our system, which is done by clicking the button "Submit complaint" in the form, you can find it on the first page.

  • Confimation

    The appearance of a reference number means that your complaint has been registered in our system. You can also save a copy of the complaint by using the function "file/save as" of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
